Couples Boudoir Photo Shoot || Las Vegas, NV
For holidays we always do an experience together rather than swap gifts so this year we gifted ourselves a sexy photo shoot. We’ve done boudoir photo shoots in the past which we enjoyed (future posts to come), but this one was different. We kept saying we would wait until we lost the quarantine weight and then finally we decided that we’ll never be younger than we are today and we should celebrate our bodies now otherwise it’ll never happen. Dax did the research and found a few photographers and then we narrowed it down to The 7oh2 in Lax Vegas, Nevada. So, too Vegas we flew for a long weekend of Meow Wolf, Lost Spirits Distillery, Absinthe, and our private sexy photo shoot.

The reason this photographer is different from other boudoir shoots is that she doesn’t have a studio and doesn’t pose or direct you. This isn’t a photo shoot so much as a professional photographer capturing your natural connection or personality. In short, she arrives at your location and just takes pictures while you do whatever you want to do (and I really mean - outside of anything illegal or non-consensual - whatever you want).
Leading up to the trip, we spent a lot of time looking online through hotel photo galleries and picking exactly the type of decor, bath tub, and view that we wanted for the pictures. From a budget perspective I would avoid Vegas in March if this is all you’re going for. Hotel prices were jacked way up because it was both March Madness and Spring Break. It maybe wouldn’t have been our first choice, but we still found a great room at the Palms Place that fit our needs and wants.
On our scheduled date and time Dax went down to meet her and her male partner in the lobby to bring them up to our room (in most Vegas hotels you need a card key in the elevator in order to go up to the room levels). The partner is strictly for her safety to ensure we are who we say we are; once she met both of us in person, he left. She did an excellent job thoroughly explaining her process and how this would all work. She explained that she’s flexible about timing (within reason) and we didn’t need to worry that she would cut us off exactly at our end time if we’re in the zone. As a perpetual rule follower, this helped me relax and not rush in order to keep within an exact hour. I’m only used to traditional photo shoots so I had multiple outfit changes ready. I started out barefoot in a classy white dress and Dax was in slacks, a casual button down, and dress shoes…this would be our first and last outfits of the shoot.
Once we were all aligned we poured a little champagne to loosen ourselves up, turned our pre-made playlist on the speaker, and started out on the couch (per her only instructions of the entire shoot) just touching and teasing. After that, we barely spoke to her the rest of the shoot but were definitely aware that she was there and could hear the camera clicking. We started out teasing and lightly making out, kissing each other’s necks, slowly unbuttoning Dax’s shirt, and he slid a strap off my shoulder. The next thing I know I’m naked and he’s fully clothed (such a turn on!) and I laid on the couch while he stroked my entire body. We then moved to a chair, I undressed him and seductively gave him head while on my knees. I then sat on the entertainment center, and with Dax sitting in a chair he went down on me (the best surprise when looking at pictures later, the entertainment center was mirrored, so it’s a sexy shot of my legs up, his head between them, and you can see his cock in the mirrored reflection).
We then moved over to the bed. After that we wrapped things up, dried off, and she explained her timeline for touching up the pics and sending them to us. She’s incredibly thorough and safe with your sensitive pictures. She sends everything in password protected files, keeps her office door locked when working, and destroys the digital files one year from your shoot date so they won’t be stolen or leaked someday. She was really nice and created a comfortable and safe atmosphere for us to focus on each other.
We would receive the digital file within two weeks, which was the longest few days to have to wait. Once we got them we casted them on our tv and enjoyed the show. The pictures turned out beautiful, soft, sensual, shadowy, and sexy. Some were long shots of our entire bodies and sex positions, others were close ups of Dax’s dick inside my pussy. She captured our joyful smiles when we looked at each other and our moaning o-faces. Our bodies weren’t posed to look like models or hide our insecure parts like typical photo shoots; these were raw and natural and invaluable. It was so rewarding to accept our flaws, celebrate our bodies as they are today, and memorialize the amazing sex we enjoy together.
We’ve since picked a couple of our favorites, had them printed from Bay Photo which I highly recommend (many printing sites will reject nude photos so be sure to read the FAQ), framed them, and they’re now hanging in our bedroom to enjoy every day.
Quick Tips:
- Research your hotel and look at pictures before booking - I loved our modern style with minimal furniture, marble and chrome shower, and stark white bedding. Find a hotel that’s your style and will make you feel comfortable and sexy
- Create a playlist before-hand that gets you both in the mood and bring a portable speaker
- Don’t party hard the night before, hydrate, don’t eat bloating foods, and get some good sleep (we purposely scheduled it for our first full day so we could party it up after the shoot and not worry)
- Plan a light breakfast/lunch before-hand. We had a fridge in our hotel room, so we bought yogurt and berries to give us energy but not bloat
- Have champagne or a drink to loosen up, but don’t get sloppy. You want to enjoy and remember this experience (and also not have performance issues)
- Hide everything….I mean, everything… in your hotel room that you don’t want in a picture. Phone, remotes, lamps, cords, suitcases, shoes, clock
- If you want bathtub pics, run it right before the photographer arrives so it’s ready to go
- If you want any water pictures (bathtub, shower) plan to do those last because your hair and makeup will get wet
- If you want mostly nude/sex pictures don’t drag your entire closet to Vegas with you (like I made the mistake of doing). If you want to change into different outfits or lingerie, be aware that it’ll eat away at your time but wear what makes you feel your most sexy
